City Site

A City Site is a map feature which serves as the only location that Settlers may found Cities. At the start of the game, they may be occupied by Tribes, and Nations may claim them prior to settling on them by putting a unit on the central tile of the City Site. If a City Site is claimed, only the Nation that has claimed it may settled a City there.
